Easier Multiculturalism
Changed the ideologies for the Intelligentsia and Trade Unions so they are more willing to enact Multiculturalism. Isn’t really time period accuratem but makes getting Multiculturalism way easier. Also made some more changes to the liberal ideology that I thought made sense. The Intelligentsia are neutral towards Multiculturalism now, and the Trade Unions endorse it.
