Kurayami Matsuri
A map based around a Japanese darkness festival. The Kurayami Matsuri (Darkness Festival), is a long tradition within Japan, typically held across an entire week every spring, usually matching with golden week, and specifically at the shrine in Fiuchu. This map attempts to invoke some of that spirit and mystery felt during such festivals.
This map will be fleshed out in coming weeks with more content and features and missions. Originally published for the spring contest
Inspirations for this map are spread across numerous spring festivals across Japan, ranging from the darkness festival in Fiuchu and the Wisteria festival at Kameido Tenjin Shrine. Ranging from the general theme of darkness to light, the flowering sakura, the in flower wisteria, among other things.
This is a large map with a good bit of lighting, so it will be quite demanding on your system.
To improve performance:
minimize the other mods that you have enabled.
Reduce render setting
It has been noted that a large volume of mods may amplify performance on this map so just be careful of that.
Sorry about the lag, I wish I could minimize it but perhaps future versions for this map will be to reduce the map size to different areas instead.
