Description:

Hello there Friends of Kislev This is the NEW refined Version of the Kislev Corruption mod

Did you know, that Ice Magic, also known as the Lore of Ice, the primary magical tradition practiced in Kislev is? Usually practiced by the all-female order of Human wizards known as the Ice Witches.
It is considered to be extremely deadly, not just for the witches’enemies but for the witches themselves. Ice Magic can surge out of control at any moment, so constant vigilance and careful preparation is required.
Furthermore, the Lore of Ice leaves its mark upon those that cast it. Many apprentice Ice Witches do not survive their training. Some can be found to this day in isolated corners of the Kislevite oblast,
frozen eternally as sparkling statues of unmelting ice by the magic they failed to control

So what dose this Mod do?

Kislev now has its own "New" Corruption.
Why "New", well a corruption is a combination of the creep which visualy changes the map, elements in the Tech Tree,
Buildings, Anchiliars, unit modifiers, a map overlay and a bunch of other modifiers all of these are present within the New corruption.
On the backend howerver the file that defines custom paths for the creep textures, is not editeble.

Therefore the Retexture of an existing Creep was the only way to make this work.
Users of my older Corruption mods who found some parts of the original Corruptions like tentacles etc. dont have to worry anymore, These things wont appear for the new Corruption when using this mod.

So what Changes to the Texture took place? The Tzeentch Corruption has been changed towards a creeping snow that freezes the Land and in its final Stage leaves only Ice.
With that you can now bring an Age of the Ice to the world….or maybe even if you dont want to…the Magic will finde its way.

The Simple Settlement Mod is a great addition complimenting this concept, i highly recommend using it, but you dont have to

In the past the concept of a retexture mod was somewhat irritating for some users so i want to make it very easy to understand
A Retexture of the Tzeentch Corruption means that the Tzeentch Corruption now looks different, so if you use this mod and play Kislev you get a Corruption like Creep
but at the same time the original Tzeentch Creep also looks different. I hope this helps to solve any uncertainties

for those using non vanilla unit mods. If you want your new units to be compatible
1. get the newest version of RPFM(Rusted PackFile Manager)
2. open the unit mod and finde the db/main_units_tables
3. copy the unit names from the "Unit" line
4. open the Kislev Ice Corruption mod and open the db/campaign_map_attrition_unit_immunities_tables
5. make a new row paste the unit names in the "Unit" line add the "Attrition"; save ; done ^^

To close this i hope you have a great time with the mod and if you enjoyed it consider leaving a like or some steam awards they are realy appriciated 😀

also if you finde any bugs or want an update let me know down below ^^
