Vanilla Narcotics Plus RW Patch
After playing a while with Reactive World Mod, I noticed that after great progression, The Dryhopper Outlaw’s town is overriden. So, To fix the issue where Dear Slovyn and his comrades vanish, this patch was made.
Note that nothing was deleted. Certain World States will still trigger certain events. I don’t want to spoil anything, but killing has it’s consequences. Enjoy!
