Turns the Research Desk into a Staple, instead of being a conditional staple, making it easier to acquire multiple Research Desk without having to preform desk manipulation.
Staple has a high chance of appearing often early in a run, but they won’t appear in rerolls since rerolls won’t produce any type of Staple items.
