🔸During the night, a group of North Korean commandos conducted a landing on Baengnyeong-myeon Island, successfully capturing several strategic facilities. Currently, these forces are entrenched and defending the island, awaiting the arrival of a relief force to consolidate their position, the mission of the joint U.S. and South Korean forces is to quickly establish a maritime and air exclusion zone around the island to prevent enemy reinforcements. Subsequently, they must plan and execute an operation to retake control of the island before additional North Korean troops can arrive and strengthen the occupation.
