Description:

Adds a new playable character, Caess. Caess has blood creep which inherits item synergies and can be upgraded by using her special Sacrifice Rooms. Extra red hearts can be stored as Blood Tokens which can be used later for self-sacrificing mechanics such as Sacrifice Rooms, Blood Donation Machines, and more.
