Description:

For it is the scourge of everyone that you cannot hide, HATRED from Block Tales: Swords of Time. I know that I’m working on another character, (Ryomen Sukuna.) But honestly I just don’t feel like working on him, I’ll get to him eventually but for now my focus is on HATRED.

Currently unfinished, Down Special is unfinished but everything else (should) be fine.

EDIT: I have finished HATRED Completely, he may be a bit unbalanced but let me know what you think.
