Half-Life 2 MMod (v1.3) Weapon Replacements
While I do like both of the Original and Redux version of HL2 MMod weapon packs, I had two problems which were:
1. Original version uses pre-v1.3 models. Not to say I hate MMod weapon models prior to v1.3, I just prefer v1.3’s models.
2. The Redux version uses Juniez’s weapon models. I’m not saying I hate Juniez’s weapon models as I just prefer the original models more.
May I present to you:
Based off the Weapon Replacements Redux version, this version brings all of the features from that version while respecting the default and original style of MMod v1.3’s arsenal. All of the features from the Weapon Replacements Redux version are here as well. I’m not going to bother copy and pasting all of the commands here. Go check out the original Weapon Replacements Redux version’s page for that list.
Here’s a shortcut to that page if you’re looking for it.
– Compatibility with reskins. Yes, you can use Gamebanana reskins for the default HL2 weapons again!
– Standalone addon. No prerequisites needed (You don’t need the original addon to use this).
NOTE: Restart GMod after addon installation.
