Rimoleum
Rimoleum is a synthetic fire retardent flooring material that is quick to lay and affords some cleanliness. Great for areas like kitchens, food storage or any room where a combination of sanitary conditions and asthetic appeal is desirable but not as crucial as say medical sanitary needs.
Rimoleum tiles are made using Chemfuel and Synthread combined in a biofuel reactor.

Cleanliness they have a factor of "0.15". (Vanilla: Metal flooring "0.2", Sterile Tiles "0.6") (Modded Rimica Tiles: "0.7"). And they have a beauty factor of "2".
Works with existing saves and compatibility should be good with other mods. To remove the mod you would have to remove all presence of the material and anything made from it.
