NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Dio’s Space Ripper Stingy Eyes!/Checkmate-da!
DIO does a charge animation and fires an unblockable beam across the screen.
-(stand on) The World quickly throws a wall of knives at the opponent.
SIDE SPECIAL: "Behind you"/Blazing Fists
Dio walks menacingly, when the move touches the opponent he teleports behind them temporarily stunning them.
-(stand on) The World unleashes a flurry of fast punches as DIO. Holding the attack button will make this move last longer. and letting it go causes a finishing kick!
UP SPECIAL: The world!
Dio will teleport to a specific location depending on which direction is held. if the button is held then he will do 2 warps
– (stand on) it covers more distance
DOWN SPECIAL: Stand activation/ deactivation
use this to activate his stand changing all his moves.
ULTRA: "THE WORLD! NOW STOP TIME!!!"/ Roadroller-Da!
normal – DIO freezes the time, allowing him to freely bash his opponent with whatever attacks. all his knives stop in place, and it last 10 seconds.
up key – DIO flies off the screen and drops down onto the opponent with a summoned steamroller. If it connects, DIO pummels the steamroller with his opponent trapped underneath, causing it to explode!
SPECIAL MECHANICS
