Withdraws into his shell and spins around rapidly. Good horizontally, but terrible vertically.
DOWN SPECIAL: BOWSER BOMB
A ground pound.
ULTRA: GIGA BOWSER PUNCH
Punches with the force of Giga Bowser! I’d make him bigger but eh.
