Ibui warps into battle! Regardless his kind personality, he’s not one to back down from a challenge!
He specializes in transport magic, portals, teleports, flying, you name it, he incorperates that into his fighting style here and there.
Unlike most other characters, Ibui Utilizes a system which allows him to not only use Multiple Ultras, but hold up to 7 bars ultra stored up!
Once you see the "Level 1, 2, 3, ETC" above your head, you can hold shield and press attack at any time to unleash some devastating signature moves!
UP ULTRA: Heavenpiercer
DOWN ULTRA: Velocitybreak
FORWARD ULTRA: Overdriver
NEUTRAL ULTRA: Absolute Railgun
UP SPECIAL: Spincycle
FORWARD SPECIAL: Crescent Step
NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Friend Summon (Flow, Rale, and Cello, Respectively, cycles between the three on use)
DOWN SPECIAL: Vector Impact
