Spencer, wearing his fancy Aloha shirt, holds back a little less in battle.
In all honesty, this is Spencer before all the patches made him tournament-worthy, with LAP! Aside from that, he will remain untouched.
He has all the same attacks, but they’re all unbalanced, very fast, no landing animations, and some even don’t have hurtboxes. Be wary of anyone who chooses a slightly fancy kiosk cook who can generate explosive fire, electric-like energy, armed with a frying pan.
