Description:

An ancient mage said to be older than the world itself, the Archmage Julian joins the fight! Dominate the battlefield with Julians elemental magic!

Mana Stars:

Julians specials (except for Up Special) all use Mana Stars. You can check how much Mana you have by shielding or taunting. Julians Mana is maxed at 5, after using Mana for an attack, you may have a chance of regaining it whenever you land an attack on an opponent or when you destroy a projectile. Julians Mana recovers to full after getting KO?ed. If you do not have enough Mana for an attack, It will fail.

Mana Leap:

If Julian has used his double jump, he may use 2 Mana Stars to do another mid-air jump. If you can supply the Mana Stars, there is no limit to how many jumps.

Neutral Special: Julian Tornado

Cast into a tornado. This attack cost 3 Mana Stars. Hits many times and can be moved in all directions. You cannot use Up-Special after using this attack, but you can use this attack after using your Up-Special.

Side Special: Ice Spike

Cast forwards Ice spikes to impale your enemies! Has 3 levels of charge to the attack. Each level goes further in distance. Level 3 charge has large ice spikes at the end that deal heavy damage and knockback.
Level 1 costs 1 Mana.
Level 2 costs 2 Mana.
Level 3 costs 3 Mana.

Up Special: Nimbus Conjure

Summon a cloud to fly up high! Fully controllable in all directions. Cannot grab ledge while on the cloud. Can be cancelled if you input an Airdodge or, if you still have your double jump, jump to jump out of it. You cannot Mana Leap out of Up Special.

Down Special: 4 for 4 Special

Start charging Julians wand and input a direction to do a spell!
Input Right:Fireball
Send forwards a fireball that explodes on contact. Gradually speeds up. Short characters may be able to duck under it.
Cost 1 Mana
Input Left: Tornadorang
Send forwards a tornado in a small arc! Hits opponents multiple times. Be careful when it arcs back, as it will hit you too!
Costs 2 Mana
Input Up: Falling Ice Spikes
Summon falling Ice spikes to crush your opponent! The falling spikes send downwards so are great for offstage opponents!
Cost 4 Mana
Input Down: Mana Shield
Summon a reflective barrier around Julian for 10 seconds. Bounces back projectiles. If a strong enough attack hits, it will shatter.
Cost 3 Mana

Ultra: ULTIMATE SUMMON!

Julian pulls out his Magician hat and pulls out a Jackrabbit with a gun! Completely stops Julians momentum. The actual gunshot does large damage and knockback.
