His neutral special fires a copy of himself forward. If it sticks to an opponent, any attack that hits them freezes their animation in place?locking them out of movement or defense just long enough to punish.
His side special is a full-body launching headslam that transitions into a downwars leg swing.
His up special launches him into the air as he dons a conical Chinese hat, allowing him to fly freely in any direction after a brief startup. The move is cancelable once airborne.
His down special is a short-ranged command grab with armor during startup. On a successful grab, it has four different throws.
As he fights, he builds Ultra. Once per match, he can activate a his shin form which reduces the startup and endlag on nearly all moves and makes most of them cancelable.
If he hasn’t used the transformation and takes damage, he loses 5 Ultra per hit. After using the install, this penalty is reduced to 2 per hit. If he tries to activate the transformation again after already using it, he instead heals for 35 health.
