A shotgun occassionally carried by S.W.A.T or Police Teams in order to force compliance without going lethal
This also does not work on NPCs.

Console variables
sv_ltl_shotgun_stuntime [#] – Set the time the Shotgun will stun a user in seconds. (default 7)
sv_ltl_shotgun_disarm [#] – Enable or disable disarming people on stun (unequips weapon). (default 0)

ltl_shotgun_info – Display information about the creator and addon version
