[1.0] Balanced Tribal Apparel Patch

* Early release: a few things still need to be tweaked like the actual costs and hassle to make hoods and helms with awesome mystical powers. Descriptions need to be improved too.
* Quick summary:
– Production of hoods and helms require sacrificed animals offered at a campfire to be transmuted into mystical apparel. This has the sole purpose of making it more of a hassle to obtain them, since they are quite OP.
– Neolithic clothes nerfed to vanilla-like levels. Usually balanced by trading protection for insulation and vice-versa.
This mod was designed to complement my other mod (Balanced Leather Armor Patch https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1758175447 ), vanilla and the Ushanka! mod ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1512221383 ). Those add increasingly more insulating and/or protective gear that trades off other aspects of it in order to make them somehow situational and not completely obsolete after obtaining the next upgraded apparel.

* ANY HARD COMPATABILITIES??
Could conflict with ZARS Tribal Reborn because that mod is a mess.
