Description:

One of the best locomotives at that time in Europe with top speed of 130 km/h
It was designed by André Chapelon and built in the 1930s, known for its streamlined appearance and efficient design. This locomotive is notable for its innovative features and is sometimes associated with the pursuit of speed and efficiency in steam locomotive design. There were different liveries for the 231-726, including a red livery with silver straps and a special gray livery for high-speed express trains
