Civilization Concept:
The Gran Colombia was short lived, but Simon Bolivar’s legacy to the Americas and the World is undeniable. Simon Bolivar led the Libertadores in South America, and as such, he leads a powerful militaristic and cultural based civilization. The Libertadores are the main part of his unique characteristics, as they provide a huge bonus against cities and can be easily acquired even during peace.

Abilities:
UA: The Independence of a Continent: Occupied cities start with a Courthouse. Liberating a Civilization or a City-State starts a Golden Age. Great People may be upgraded to Libertadores, losing the ability of building Citadels.
UU: Llanero: The Llanero has a combat bonus on Open terrain, and also transfers its movement to Libertadores, unlike the Lancer which it replaces.
UU: Libertador: Replacement of the Great General. Aside from the combat boost of Great Generals, the Libertador grants a bonus against cities when adjacent to a city. It can also be expended to start a Golden Age.
