This is a startpos mod that fully develops the buildings of Liguria, Italia, Thracia and Macedonia, except a rally field in Marcianopolis.
As WRE and ERE you will get the highest tier capital and patriarchal see buildings at the beginning of the campaign, as well as much more taxes from the developed provinces.
This mod may make WRE and ERE campaign easier. Also AI WRE and ERE may become stronger or not, I don’t know.
