Everyone’s attractive
Adds 0.01 attraction to every interest group to every pop.
This is primarily a kludge "fix" (workaround) for a bug in 1.9.2, where a pop with 0 attraction to an interest group can’t stop supporting that interest group. So for example if a peasant who supports the Rural Folk becomes a capitalist, that capitalist will support the Rural Folk for the rest of the game.
I don’t think this breaks anything else, but unfortunately I can’t guarantee it.
