Book Of Knowledge
This mod contains one "workbook" that you can use to grind skills
In general, just changing grind for a grind 🙂
Usage:
1) Craft Book Of Knowledge from one normal PZ Book
2) Use the Book Of Knowledge from its context menu to train
Stats:
There are only 3 skills implemented at the moment – Carpentry, Electricity and Metalworking (I did these 3 as I don’t like how grindy they are).
For every training attemp, there is 10 XP reward. Don’t forget that your character percentage affect this; also skill books.

I personaly think it is somewhat balanced and more importantely, it is more "immersive" than just boarding / unboarning windows and such
