原mod是22年11月版本的，停更，于是添加新版本法律，目前不兼容非原版法律。
适用版本1.9.x
当你开始改革后，可以使用此决议来使这次改革必定成功（立法成功率加100%），避免漫长的sl调整合法性或权威力以通过机会。当停止改革时，不会失去该buff。
本mod不是立刻修改法律，而是增加100%情况下进行立法。
1.由于有立法过程，可以正常触发立法事件，并进行武斗等立法过程中才有的游戏内容。
2.对应科技未研发，则无法立法。
3.只要满足科技要求即可立法，不需要刷鼓动者
4.利益集团支持度在立法过程中可正常变动。
5.非法政府无法变更法律。

The original mod was based on the November 2022 version and is no longer updated. Therefore, this new version adds support for newer laws, but currently does not support non-vanilla laws.
Compatible with game version 1.9.x
After you begin a reform, you can use this decision to make the reform guaranteed to succeed (adds +100% success rate), avoiding the need for long save-scumming to adjust legitimacy or authority to increase chances of passage.Stopping the reform will not remove this buff.
This mod does not immediately change the law, but instead initiates the legislation process with 100% success chance.
1. Since the legislative process is preserved, you can still trigger legislative events and play through content like political struggles.
2. If the corresponding technology has not been researched, the law cannot be enacted.
3. As long as the tech requirement is met, legislation can begin without needing to reroll agitators.
4. Interest group support can change normally during the legislative process.
5. Illegitimate governments cannot pass laws.
