Description:

This is the same as the -80% province warscore cost version, but there is NO increased overextension threshold, this mod keeps it at the base game 100%.

This mod:
-Reduces warscore cost of all provinces to -80%
-Reduces warscore cost of vassalization to -80%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release an annexed nation by -50%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release a vassal by -50%
