Description:

This is the same as the -50% province warscore cost version, but there is NO increased overextension threshold, this mod keeps it at the base game 100%.

This mod:
-Reduces warscore cost of all provinces to -50%
-Reduces warscore cost of vassalization to -50%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release an annexed nation by -31.25%
-Reduces warscore cost of being forced to release a vassal by -31.25%
