Cloak and Dagger Class Mod
-A pair of assassin sisters, Cloak and Dagger.

-Cloak focuses on distraction and setup, with mark, bleed, debuff, and high stress.
-Cloak can also give Stealth to a target at a high cost to herself.
-Dagger focuses on Stealth and bleed, while also being a reliable stress healer.
-Several of Dagger’s skills scale with her incurable Heart Condition.
-Added several skin edits, making Dagger older, and both sisters sassier.

Heart Condition
On first action, Dagger will be inflicted with this incurable disease. It has 3 stages, and will progress over time from:
Heart Murmur -> Heart Arrhythmia -> Heart Failure
Each stage can trigger up to 3 Heart Palpitations during a quest. These will buff and debuff Dagger drastically, reducing her Max HP and SPD, while increasing her CRIT and Death’s Door DMG potential. She will also have minor episodes throughout combat, which will stress the party but not debuff her.
As noted above, Medicate can offset 2 Heart Palpitations, but forgetting to use the skill in even one battle will see her health plummet.
