Eye Break
It’s that mode from Marvel Rivals of Aether 2!
– You can set spawn seeds on the Character Select by hovering over the numbers and hitting A. You can also randomize the seed by hitting randomize. Go for a personal best or compete against friends for the higher score!
– Repeatedly destroying Eyes before they touch the ground gives you a score bonus.
– You can adjust the size and gravity of the eyes using the AI difficulty levels.
1 = big eyes, slow movement
2 = big eyes, default movement
3 = big eyes, fast movement
4 = average eyes, slow movement
5 = average eyes, default movement
6 = average eyes, fast movement
7 = small eyes, slow movement
8 = small eyes, default movement
9 = small eyes, fast movement
– If multiple Eye Breaks are in a match, each destroyed Eye will add to the same total.
Known quirks I’m aware of:
– Certain seeds will sometimes spawn Eyes off-stage to their deaths. This causes another to spawn as if the last one was destroyed normally however.
– Saved replays break and desync immediately.
– Orcane’s bubbles cannot destroy Eyes, but can keep them in the air allowing you to preserve combos.
– Maypul can mark an Eye and use it to tether to the next one that spawns. We found this funny.
– If Zetterburn applies burn to an Eye, the next Eye that spawns keeps it. Gameplay wise this changes nothing.
– I have seen Workshop characters break this in ways not thought possible, you should probably assume something will go wrong for the more complex characters.
– Randomize is spelled as Randomise on the CS. It might get corrected eventually.
