Sahrani is a community-made map for DayZ, which is a port of the original Sahrani map from ArmA: Armed Assault (ArmA 1). The island was originally featured in ArmA 1 (2006) and is set in a fictional Caribbean-like region divided between two opposing factions: North Sahrani (a communist state) and South Sahrani (a monarchy supported by NATO).
