Enhanced Snow Visuals for Immortal Empires Expanded Mod <— Main Mod is required)

This submod enhances the visual appearance of snow on the terrain in "Immortal Empires Expanded" mod, increasing the presence of snow on the campaign map. A new method for snow layout has been implemented to ensure consistency with the original design.

Note: This mod focuses on visual changes and does not affect gameplay mechanics.
This is a new re-upload to correct the mod order.
