This still might or might not work for you.
Some modders in their sheer will to "protect their assets" decided it was a good idea to block the functions- and config viewer in game.
This Small mod simply bypasses this by re-defining the functions needed for those to work. Simply load this mod to make it available again.
It might be necessary to include the problematic pbo’s prefix in the requiredAddons[] in config.cpp. A pre-defined one for redthedev’s vehicles can be found in the optionals folder of the download and can be used instead of the original file.
