Siemens Charger – Amtrak 301
In 2021, Amtrak and Siemens Mobility revealed ALC-42 Charger 301, which sports the 50th Anniversary heritage paint scheme of E8 4316. This locomotive was painted for Amtrak’s first day of service in 1971. Locomotive 301 was chosen to bring a modern look to a fan favorite classic! Locomotive 301 entered revenue service in early 2022, and continues to see regular use to this day! Available in game from 2021!
– This mod is a reskin pack of ICS’s SC-44 Charger mod. All credit and a huge thank you goes to ICS for building the Charger model, as well as supplying reskin materials!
– I have adjusted the power and weight output to match the GE P42DC in game, as the two locomotives are comparable to one another.
