Rain Collector Requirements Make Sense
I would’ve thought of that a lot sooner!
Incredibly minor mod that changes the requirements for rain collectors. It’s now available to research at tech level 1, takes 2 hours to research, and costs 1 book. The only requirement? Iron plates (aka the thing you need to make them).
I made this because the rain collector’s tech placement doesn’t make the most sense. Sure, it pairs well with hydroponics, but if you’re relying on the rain for your hydroponics you’re likely doing so in a more clever (albeit cheesy) way. The real reason I’ve made this change is because it would be a lot more useful earlier on and I’d like to actually use the thing!
