For each specialized district owned by the city, the Features gains +1Faith. Features provide Tourism after unlocking the Conservation civic. Cannot train Settler. Plots with features adjacent to the City Center provide Culture equal to their Faith yield. Districts can be built on any removable features.
Replaces Aqueduct. +2 plant seed acquisition speed for this city.
Can consume plant seeds to cultivate plant resources on the map or use 3 Builder charges to convert plant resources into a Settler. Can construct improvements that Builders are able to build, other than Plantations and Farms.
Can only be built by the Sprout Emissary, and can obtain corresponding plant seeds from improved plant resource tiles.
Features yield +1 Food, double the acquisition speed of plant seeds; at standard speed, jungle or forest will randomly spawn within the city every five turns.
When entering a Golden Age, the city gains an output bonus to Science, Culture, and Production equal to 1% for each point of the previous era’s score. When not in a Golden Age, +2 Era Score from Historic Moments.
Units ignore Movement penalties. When on a feature plot, they become invisible and gain +3 Combat Strength, if no enemy units are adjacent, they gain an additional +17 Combat Strength.
Unit sight range +1 and can penetrate terrain and features while detecting hidden units. Upon discovering a new continent: Monument +4 Gold; upon finding a tribal village: City +1 Production; upon encountering a city-state: +1 Envoy.
