Tired of getting Holy Water in angel deals? Then reject the light and satan will reward you.

If you skip an angel deal while holding this trinket, you get a random devil item in the starting room of the next floor.
The trinket disappears if you pick up an item or hearts/chests in the angel room (even if you dropped the trinket on the floor before picking up the item/hearts).
