Ralsei over Wizard
Changes the Wizard into Ralsei from DELTARUNE.
Features hatted Ralsei as the shimmered variant of the Wizard.
Replaces the Wizard’s Hat with Ralsei’s hat.
i made this bc i saw a lot of ralsei skins on the workshop but they just used deltarune sprites and i wanted a skin that was in terraria’s style
