This item rewards tear accuracy per room based on percentage of tears hit. Within each range of tears hit there is a variety of possible rewards, from poop and hearts to items and trinkets!
Also give +0.5 Range.

Percent of Tears Hit
Reward Chances
0 – 50
50% poop, 50% nothing
51 – 75
50% 1/2 red heart, 25% poop, 25% nothing
76 – 90
50% 1/2 red heart, 20% penny, 15% heart, 15% poop
91 – 99
20% key, 20% bomb, 20% heart, 20% penny, 12% card/rune, 8% poop
100
20% key, 20% bomb, 20% heart, 20% penny, 12% card/rune, 5% trinket, 2% golden poop, 1% treasure room pool item

This item pairs nicely with low tear, high damage builds, and poorly with high tear builds.
