Lottery ticket

The lottery ticket is an All stats up item based on your luck stat. In other words: As more luck you have, higher your stats will be.
The stats affected are: Damage, Range, Movement Speed and Fire Delay. The Fire Delay is only affected at luck 3 and 7 otherwise it would be too powerful.
The item is caped at luck 7, it means that the maximum increased is made unltil luck=7, futher increases of luck will not increase your other stats. It does not affect if luck is lower than zero.

The increases per level are:
– Damage = 0.5,
– Range = 0.5,
– Tear Falling Speed = 0.30,
– Tear falling acceleration = 0,
– Firedelay = 0, — At obtaining the item
– Firedelay = -1, — At luck 3
– Firedelay = -2, — At luck 7
– Speed = 0.05.

The item also increases your luck stat by 1 at the time of being picked, so, the previous values are also added upon picking the item.

Don’t you like those values, the stats affected or the cap?, dont worry, the item is easily configurable. The main.lua file is filled of coments so you wont get lost. Ask me if you have questions. If you change something, please write me, so i can know if lot of people does it.

The item pool that i choosed is the shop. The reason of this is that it is a very circumstantial item, in some runs the player can obtain a lot of luck and in others it can finish with a negative value of luck, for this reason i prefer to find it in shops where you can choose if you pick it or not, depending of the floor level that you are and your present luck stat.

It also can be found after killing the greed boss and at the coin beggar pool.
It is also included in to the greed mode, but only in the shoop pool.

The probability to find the item is the same that the rest of items.

As you can see there is no animation implemented, in fact there is an animation but it is disabled. In my opinion the tool to make the animation is awful and it requires a lot of time to make a simple animation. So, until i learn how to make it better and faster or Nicalis improves the tool it will be disabled.

Now there’s a chance to find a Lottery beggar ! If you have the Lottery Item , this beggar can spawn in:
-Shops (33% prob) This probability is 0 in greed mode.
-Coin beggar (It will subtitute the coin beggar 50%)

This new beggar works a bit differently in comparison with the others. You can GIVE your Lottery item to him to play a lottery game and earn different rewards. Remmember that you will lose the item.

First Prize 20% + Player luck
– Items: Quarter, Steam sale.
– Random Item: Sack Head, Coupon, Contract From Below, Eye of Greed.
– Trinket: Silver Dolar.

Second Prize 30%
– 15 coins
– Random Item: Humbleing Bundle, Head of the Keeper, More options, Mystery gift.
– Trinket: Store Credit.

Third Prize 40%
– 15 coins
– Random Item: Midas Touch, Bum Friend, Pay to play.
– Trinket: Swallowed Penny.

Devolution 9%
– 15 coins.

Special 1%
– The run will be broken.

This trade has not the objective to make you stronger, in fact the items that you can get are focused on coins.

The beggar has different animations for each price, if you earn first prize it will become a gold statue, if you get the second, it will become a silver statue and if you get the third, it will become the bronze statue. If you get the devolution he will leave and for last, if you get the special prize, he will do something special.
