This simple mod adds options to become historical friends/end historical rivalry in exchange of 100 favors.

Two new options:

Become historical friends – for countries that aren’t historical rivals/friends and have 100 favors to spend
End historical rivalry – for countries that are historical rivals and have 100 favors to spend

AI can also choose these dynamic historical friends diplomatic actions.

This mod should be compatible with vast majority of mods.
