Harder Difficulties
This mod adds hardcore difficulties and changes the overall difficulty of the game besides the selectable settings.
I recommend using my other mod ‘Bigger Systems’ ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3381865361 ) with this, so that the increased amount of wandering pirates with their larger travel distance fit better into normal gameplay.
The new difficulties*** are called:
• Combat Difficulty: ‘Magister militum’, ‘Emperor’
• Economic Difficulty: ‘Master Starwright’, ‘The Creator’
• Crew/Fame Difficulty: ‘Exiguous’, ‘Vanishing’
There are more changes made to the game to make it harder which are not included in the selectable difficulty settings.
Wanted status:
• Increased Search&Aggro Radius (4000 -> 5500)
• Increased duration of ‘Wanted’ status (60 -> 180)
• Decreased police spawn distance by 1000
(wandering) Pirate spawns:
• Increased general spawn-rate (max 45)
• Slightly decreases the minimum distance to certain tags (sun, station)
• Slightly Increased patrol radius (7500 -> 8500)
