Scale’s Migration Tweaks
This mod adds some slight tweaks to migration restrictiveness to hopefully allow for more historical descriminated migration behaviors.
– Migration controls restrictiveness has been changed from 60 to 50 (this allows for same heritage migration under Racial Segregation)
– No Migration controls restrictiveness has been changed from 0 to 20 (A hamfisted way to prevent the ahistorical mass indian immigration to Canada and Australia that happens every game)
Ideally the migration system and its laws can be reworked someday to be more historical, but until then hopefully this is a fine substitute.
