M DMG & HP – NPC Difficulty Tweaks
A lightweight addon to customize NPC health and damage, especially designed for:
Playing the Half-Life 2 campaign.
Maps that rely on vanilla NPCs.
Main Features:
Add extra health to NPCs.
Add extra health to Elite NPCs.
Increase how much damage NPCs deal to the player.
– plus custom multipliers for body part damage (head, chest, limbs).
Optional filters to exclude annoying or friendly NPCs from buffs.
A better alternative to modifying weapon damage, which can break physics-based gameplay.
Customizable via spawnmenu (Q → Utilities → M Addons → M DMG & HP)
Perfect for adding challenge or balance without breaking the original feel of the game.
