Immersive First Person Death [Read description]
Because of Valve’s glorious workshop’s virtual filesystem this addon fails to properly load player ragdoll physics.
So this is what you need to make it work properly:
1.Download playermodel files[drive.google.com]
2. Right click to HL2 in steam library, click "properties", then "installed files", then click "browse" .
Go to "hl2_complete" folder and unpack archive files there.
3. Go back to HL2 steam library properties and put this in launch options box: +ai_force_serverside_ragdoll 1
4. Afterwards restart the game and start new map. Do not load old save.

Remake of my classic addon from Entropy Zero 2.
Spawns player’s ragdoll with attached camera on death.
Done via cfg scripting + map logic.
