Mission Priority: Apprehend Lieutenant Boustani and bring him in for questioning. Lieutenant Boustani, formerly of the Nowheraki SWAT, has defected along with at least four of the militiamen under his command, and potentially more. Given his prior access to sensitive information, including standard patrol routes used by the Nowheraki SWAT, all routine patrols have been suspended to prevent further compromise. Intelligence indicates that Boustani has established an alliance with a local insurgent cell, to whom he has provided substantial financial support in exchange for their cooperation. The leader of this cell, identified only as "Blackbird," may also be present in the area of operations. If encountered, "Blackbird" is also recommended to be detained. If this isn’t possible, you are free to eliminate him. Due to the closeness of this operation to the SWAT, they have accompanied us on this mission. Lieutenant Jasem will be leading 4 members to assist us.
Failure to apprehend Lieutenant Boustani could result in significant destabilization of the city and increased insurgent activity. It is imperative that the Lieutenant be captured and brought in for questioning. Lead the way.
