Class 08 Green
The class 08 is British Rail’s standard shunting locomotive. It was introduced in 1952 and production ceased in 1962, leaving them with 996 vehicles.
The version modelled here is the vacuum braked version with a top speed of 20mph and chain link couplings. It has been adorned in British Rail Green with yellow and black stripes. Also included is a movable dial cluster, which can be moved using the gear up and gear down keys.
