Adds two new characters and 18 items. There is also one locked and hidden transformations. The characters and items are locked, beat enough angels to unlock the first character, then beat bosses like normal to unlock the rest.
if you have goat head and or eucharist, bosses take you to devil/angel rooms on late floors that don’t have deals(hush, cathedral, chest, sheol, and the dark room)

Asmodeus cannot get red health and any hearts on the ground are rerolled into other pickups (if you have either Corruption or Corruption 2.0, black hearts, and what turns into them, remain normal)
Asmodeus starts with 3 black hearts.
