Description:
Hello!

I’m Fame. I’m a Teardown mod creator, who’s been creating tanks, trucks, and other things for around 3 years. Notably, I’m also one of the prominent developers who contributes to the TABS Vehicle Pack, the pack that started it all.

History

The Challenger 2 Main Battle Tank was developed by the United Kingdom in the 1980s and 1990s as a successor to the Challenger 1. Designed by Vickers Defence Systems (later BAE Systems), it featured a new turret, improved Chobham-derived armor, and the L30A1 120mm rifled gun. Entering service in 1998, the Challenger 2 prioritized crew protection and battlefield survivability. It has seen combat in Iraq and has undergone multiple upgrades to improve mobility, electronics, and firepower. The tank remains the backbone of the British Army’s armored forces, with further modernization planned under the Challenger 3 program.

Note

To spawn, press ‘B’, navigate to ‘Commonwealth’, then ‘Cold War-Present’, then ‘MBTs’, and the Challenger 2 should appear there. Ensure that you have the TABS framework properly installed first!
