Tired of not being able to terraform Volcanic and Inferno planets? This mod allows players to terraform Volcanic and Inferno worlds.
Any race with the Lava Breather perk will be able to build the Core Destabilizer colony project. The Core Destabilizer will convert any non volcanic world to Volcanic.
After researching Planetology, the Core Stabilizer colony project will become available. The Core Stabilizer will convert Volcanic and Inferno worlds to Barren.
