Description:

Master Of Orion (Load 10_1C), original game with UCP. This creates new engines for the colony and scout ships. The Colony Engine is 25 percent slower than normal. The Scouts Engine Booster increases speed by 50 percent. This also adds an Augmented Engine Booster and Engine Core Upgrade. In some cases, a ship can have both an augmented engine and a engine booster. Fuel Cells were added which Advanced Colony Ships can also have (automatic). All have their own technologies. Compatibility:

This mod (10_1C) will work ONLY in the original game using the Unofficial Code Patch (UCP). You can add the Massive Planets And Diverse Specials mod ("DSMP," "Lite B" version). And you can add my stand-alone mods as well (using the indicated load order).

Location – This mod should be located at the end of your mod list (or in the indicated load order with my other mods; i.e., 10_1C).

This mod makes minor additions to the Technology Tree to add the new engine and booster technologies. You can add one of Ship Speed Mods (11_0, 11_1, 11_2, 11_3) to decrease the collective speed of all ships in a balanced manner while using this mod.
