Description:

Simple mod that reduce cost of perks to 1. This allows you to make a custom super race.
Same as my CheapPerks, but I changed Creative to automaticly give +50% research rate (instead of +25%).
Enjoy.

This mod has been reported to no longer work after latest patch. I dont know when I will have time to look at it. (When I fix it I will change the description again.)
